Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-Valley Forge

David at the front desk is amazing. I will stay at this hotel every time I’m in town. It’s quiet, near a WaWa for gas and there’s an AMAZING restaurant called “The Cage in Audubon” walking distance. The shower pressure is perfect, the bed is comfortable, I did not hear ONE peep over night, breakfast was great. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel!!!

I recently stayed at the hotel January 25–26 and I have to take a moment to recognize Dahlia Moyer at the front desk. She was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, Dahlia was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She handled everything smoothly and made the entire check-in process effortless. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, and she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, friendly attitude. Dahlia truly made a great impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel is lucky to have her — she’s a real asset to the team.

The only complaint on this hotel is that the rooms are dated and very worn, HOWEVER, the rooms are large(suites), clean, quiet, HVAC works as needed, free breakfast(did the job and they tried but not the freshest stuff). Great location. Will stay again if in the area. Got a great nights rest, best of the week, so that says something.

The hotel is right next to two amazing restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean, and convenient. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been a positive experience. I travel all the time for work and this is a top 5 hotel for its price.

Check in went good. Our room was very clean although the one roach threw me off. The linens on the bed were crisp and clean. It's quiet. Great location as you are surrounded by a place called Chickie & Pete's. There a Wawa. A Starbucks is also within walking distance. The air conditioner worked well and so did the heater. I didn't get to watch much TV but from what I did see, cable was working well. The kitchen was clean. The one thing I do have to comparing about is the fact that there was no refill roll of paper towels or toilet paper. I called the front desk to ask them if they could bring an extra roll and the girl at the front desk asked me to come and get it myself. I think she heard how annoyed I was when I insisted they send someone up cause I was already undressed and ready for bed. The lobby is big and beautiful. There was a delicious hot breakfast served the next morning and the food was delicious! I felt like it tasted the same as a home cooked breakfast. The orange juice was so cold and fresh. The eggs and sausage were cooked to perfection. They had TVs in the lobby so you can eat and watch TV. There were so many options to choose for breakfast. I wish they were a bit more generous on the amount of towels they leave out for you. If you plan to order through GrubHub, be sure to scan the QR code provided in the elevator for free delivery. Be mindful if you're going to request a Lyft or UBER...they take forever!

This hotel is a pleasant surprise with very spacious rooms & a decent kitchen area. The breakfast area is larger than a lot of hotels I've seen with options you don't normally see. Being close to a couple grocery stores & decent restaurants helped as well along with the WaWa directly in front.

The rooms are showing some wear and tear (even the two EV chargers outside were out of order!) It's not clear why Hilton isn't keeping this place up to a better standard. The staff is great, including those at the front desk and those preparing breakfast and the Wednesday night happy hour. My room was spotless as well. The staff was professional, thoughtful and kind. I heard other guests complaining about the deteriorating conditions. Please, Hilton, take care of this place! That would make me much more likely to return.

Suite is very clean and has all the amenities. Just a bit outdated. Could use some renovations in the bathroomto get rid of the water stain in the shower and paint stain on the vanity drawers. We had a nice stay and the free hot breakfast is a great plus.
